Our winter is very attractive with its beautiful lightconditions and shapes. From middle of December until middle of February the temperature changes between 0° and -35°. Because it is a dry coldness, even deep temperature doesn't feel uncomfortable. During this time, the Sun rises only for a short while over the horizont. During this certain hour, the sky turns to be very specially colorful - like we call it Kaamos (picture on the top).
Beginning of the winter days are very short. But after middle of february it start to be noticeable warmer and until end of march the nights are again shorter than in middle europe.
