Finally our new pages are online:))
With several problem it took long time to get new version of pages running.
Idea with these pages are that we will keep them more actual with pictures and news as well. So they will be more intrest to visit than before.
Othervise in farm we have several action. Dog training is one main thing but
now past 2 weeks have been diffcult with few snow and wery icy trails. Because we are not focusing to any long distance competition it have been my choice to simply not
take risks and just wait because sooner or later big snowfall comes and then we put all forses again to training. Earlier summer we got dogs to good basic condition and also behavier of them is allready in good shape. Our Nansen-Hekla puppies seem to crow to be really machines. Wery strong character and muscles like american sprintrunners ! I think those would have potential for racing team using as well.
As new dogs we got 2 youngsters from Egil Ellis sprint lines. Ellis is swedish dogdriver who live in alaska now days and he is without no thaughts most succesfull sprint driver in world since 10 years. Those 2 yougsters are allready in leadin position beside our old leaders and they really look pretty fast.
Other big thing is new sauna. Im lucky man in this way that i have in my crew ladies who not scare to have hammer and sage in hands:)) Sonja and Arja have made big work to help me with building. Specially Sonjas "swiss watch" style with half millimeter tolerances is needet because myself im bit lumberjack type of builder
and for me 3 cm is smallest toleranse i read. ( its standard from wood logging)
Arja with her muschles make that work couple wery powerfull. Our target is to get
sauna warm before christmas and in finnish tradition wedding for sauna building
is party what we will remember atleast afterwords:)) Sauna will be one step for our
visions for future . It will be for our Quests but also it can be that in future it will relax also our dogtraining visitors and maybe once again it will be place where sleddog racers will make after drivin for them racing drive in Finn-Jann trails...
Comin season start to look allready better. We are happy specially with our smaller
travel acencies active selling. Also our old client will be back in farm again this winter!
We still have places for almost all weeks so its still good time to ask my offer for your holidays!
