Dogs are still in their summer holiday, i can feel allready in colder evenings and mornings how they start to be more and more exidet! We start our trainin in next couple of weeks,depend on temperatures. For comin season we have 11 new dogs comin to training so its pretty intrest to start again:))  From old guys Santana and Wing stay out allready in autumm ,maybe just running couple small loops time to time to keep life lifefull for them.  Huskyfarm have been active alsdo this summer. We have get plenty of client to cabins .

Seasobn start to be soon done. We still have 3-4 weeks to go. Trail condition is almost perfect right now, actually have been during whole season. This winter have been for us more daysafaris than longer tours. We are happy that our dogs and crew have been not overloadet but just right way busy.

Crew this winter have been Arja in dg care and Kitchen. Then our "Sinisalo sisters" Marja and Eveliina for guiding and Bent the flying dutch as allrounder worker.

Finally we got enough snow to start really season , it keep us nervous this autumm with lot of rain and warm winds.  Now we have about 15 cm snow and more is comin so it looks more or less normal again.

For comin season bif chance in our doing is more day safaris and bit less overnight tours, we are workin together with Iso-syöte hotel and we drive plenty of safaris for them. We also still have our long tour for client who wish to stay with our huskies longer time. Also staying in our huskyfarm is still possible like before.

.. Is weather outside today. about 20 c minus and sun shine. For next week weather forecast promise even more than 40 minus degrees !  Those temperatures are not wery easy to handle but also carantee for our visitors expierience what they newer forget. Its for many client great feelin to see that its possible to survive and even do many kind of activities outside without freezing immiadly:))

Last weekend we had winter seanerys around farm firs time this autumm, it didnt last long. Now its gray and wet again. But sonner or later snow come again and stay.

We are middle of summer with wery warm temperatures. Last weekend almost 30c.

Today was warm and rainy so it mean plenty of moskitos for comin weeks! Luckyly i will go to Sitzerland for a while so others can enjoy those small friends here;)) We are used to say that moskitos are this way nice that they do not share poor or rictch people,they like everybody. 

Sorry for so long time beeing quiet with my blog, season have kept us busy.

Finally this season turned to be not so quiet than we were counting earlier, so we are looking forward to summer and specially to coming winter! My fingers are allready burning to start making some new things for the next season! Nothing very massive things, but several small details making our farm even more pleasing for our client. I will write about those funny things when they are actual, so i dont promise too much now:))

Begin of this year have been like winters used to be in early times.

Temperatures often between -20 and -35 c. And manytime with wind.

It have been hart for dogs and client but in other hand it have give idea how

relly winter taste. Also seanerys are extreme beatiful in this conditions.

Dogs have been doing really good job in these months. Expecially need to mention

Our Hekla puppies who run first season now. Those are really really tuff boys and girls. Also Viska litter start to come what i expected. Nasu ,Tao Tao ,and others will be

Christmas  and new year are now passed and its time to see days gettin longer!

Finally our 7 week project with new sauna is done, new sauna was heated first time !
